I have cared for dogs all of my life. My childhood revolved around a no-kill humane society my mom founded when I was 7. We fostered dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and demeanors. I have been trusted by neighbors, family, coworkers and many other Rover users, to watch over their homes and care for their furry family members. All of which I have references for! Sydney reached out to me to ask if I had found a sitter for a drop in visit on short notice. I had not, so Sydney was available and made it happen. I was very happy knowing my little Dixie wouldn’t be alone for 8 hours.
Sydney was amazing! We did a meet and greet before booking, and she was very detail-oriented with asking everything to really understand our dog, Daisy’s needs. She took wonderful care of her while we were gone for a long weekend, and was very communicative during the entire process. It is very clear that Sydney loves and cares for any dog as if they were her own! If you’re looking for someone to take care of your dog, Sydney is truly the best!

Under my current living situation, my landlord does not permit pets on the premises so I will not be available to board your pets! However, I am very familiar with local parks and pet friendly environments should you request they get social interaction! If you have a special circumstance, questions, or specific requests, feel free to message me and we can chat about it!

I always schedule a meet and greet before house sitting begins, we can discuss any information I might need to know about your pets. This also gives us the opportunity to meet in person and get familiar with each other, your home and pets!
A typical day
Housesitting allows your pet to feel it’s most comfortable while you’re away. This allows them to maintain their normal daily routines, plus a little added fun! On a typical day I’ll make sure they get plenty of outside time (walks, fetch, sunbathing, etc.), while maintaining their typical routines.

I have a hybrid work schedule that allows me to work remote most days. This increases my availability and flexibility to work with your schedule requests! Most of my clients are based out of Dahlonega and Dawsonville.
