Hi there! My name is sydney! I am 22 years old and i love all animals no matter the breed or size! I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up and have worked as a professional dog walker before! I also have experience with kids as I’m also a nanny on the side! Taking care of animals is my passion and i can’t wait to meet you and your fur-family! I currently want to make this a full time position! So i am open and available to tend to your fur-babies needs! Along with i could use the extra exercise lol! I have a reliable car and i will clean up after myself and your pet! Don’t worry if you’re dog has a “high maintenance” schedule, I’ll make sure everything is just as you left it! Im aware i have a couple reviews that have cost me business but i am in no way, shape or form responsible for how others view me. I am an honest and hard working young woman who unfortunately had a rough period during those times where i got those bad reviews, please do not let someone else’s experience affect your decision of moving forward doing business with me. I have learned from my experiences and would love to be able to get the opportunity to prove just that!

Unsuitable to watch your pets...she is not who she makes herself out to be. BEWARE! I met 2 times with Sydney prior to booking with her for a 10 day overnight stay. She even walked the dogs with me.. I wrote out detailed instructions... Stay over night..2 walks per day..no guests in house...feed 3 x per day..make sure dogs have water..bring in mail..bring up garbage cans, etc. None of this occurred and when after 2 days of being away I received a frantic text from my neighbors saying that after 11 plus hours they had not seen my sitter or her car and said she appeared to just be dropping in now and then..I instructed my neighbors on how to get in...So at 10 pm my neighbors found the dogs on August 2 in the dark with no water...no food..and frantic to get outside to go. My neighbor heard a car pull up in a bit..it was Sydney at 10 30 pm with a male in the car. The neighbor told her that her services were no longer required and got the key. MY NEIGHBOR fed the dogs...walked them .. Got them water and spent the night and spent time with the dogs...all things Sydney did not do. I called Rover Safety around 11pm and cancelled her booking immediately. We ended our vacation the next morning and cancelled all hotel reservations and we drove 14 hours to get home and relieve my neighbors who had filled in temporarily. AGAIN Beware...Sydney's deliberate neglect was abusive.
Unfortunately, I can’t give Sydney a good rating. She was watching my dog for the day as I was running in and out. Both times when I came home she was “in the bathroom” with my dog and said she was having stomach issues. Maybe this was true, but if that was the case she should have told me so that I could have home and properly cared for my dog. She neglected to take her out to potty and so Rosie went in the house instead. My puppy is 9 weeks and on a very strict schedule and I can’t say that Sydney cared much about keeping her schedule intact.
She was super great with my greyhounds! Even went above and beyond when I had car trouble and met me halfway to get the dogs. My dogs looked right at home at her place and well taken care of. Definitely will book with her again if I need someone to watch my fur babies!
Sydney did a great job watching over my dog while I was traveling internationally. She kept my place clean and communicated well!
