Pet care experience
We follow the Golden Rule here: treat others how you want to be treated. That extends to our fur babies, not just other people. I strive to treat all furry babies with kindness, patience, love, and respect. I scold firmly, but gently, and work to correct unfavorable behaviors. When it’s time to cuddle or play, that’s our most favorite time of all! I take care of feeding, entertainment, and affection. Just describe your daily schedule with your pet and I’ll handle the rest! You leave them and I’ll love them! I have had pets my entire life and taking care of them has always been my, and my siblings’, responsibility. I have experience with many different animals, having had seven cats and eight dogs over the course of my life. I currently have two dogs (senior and puppy) and five cats, their ages spanning three generations. I also have some experience with bunnies and guinea pigs, having three bunnies myself in the past and was responsible for a family friend’s guinea pig while she was on vacation. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have!

Sydney was exactly on time for both the interviews and the arrival date for pet sitting. I have two senior dogs, one of whom is deaf and the other crippled. Sydney took exceptionally good care of each of them throughout the nine-day stay. She also communicated with me via email every 48 hours or so to update me and to ask questions about the dogs' behavior. I was reluctant to invite a young person into my home during my absence but Sydney handled everything in a first rate manner. Should I need a sitter again, she will be my first call.
Sydney is hard-working, passionate person. Her kindness and patience with animals knows no boundries. She has a calm, loving aura that sets all animals at ease. She is a dedicated and trustworthy employee who will go beyond your expectations. She will treat your four-legged children like her own family. Your pets are in great hands with Sydney!

I do my best to follow the same routine that you’ve set for your animals. It’s stressful for them when their owners are gone and someone new is in the house. I want to keep everything else as normal as possible for them. I will work my schedule around to fit their needs and your preferences.

It’s important I know of any special needs your pet has, as well as any quirks. Do they tend to get in the trash? Do they dig holes in the yard? I need to know these things so I know what behaviors to look out for and correct. I also like to know how your pet loves to play and receive love. Do they like fetch? Do they like butt scratches?
A typical day
I am quite low energy myself so the best activities are the ones full of cuddles and pets. I do enjoy playing fetch and playing around with any other toys your pets enjoy. Gentle walks are lovely as well!

I currently take care of animals as my main source of income. When I’m not working, I am home taking care of my family’s pets. I never tire of being around them and spending time with them.
