I volunteered at an animal shelter in my youth for over a year. This involved all aspects of animal care, including walking and comforting, for pets of all breeds, sizes, and ages. I also have a dog of my own, a shih-poo mix. She’s very sweet but also has quite a bit of anxiety, so I have some experience with dogs who are in distress. I don’t have much experience with cats, but I LOVE them and would like to start by getting to know yours!
