I have two very energized and loving dogs. One of them being a rescue from the shelter that I fell in love with from volunteering. The other was a starving stray that roamed around my house for a couple months that nobody claimed. My parents have a senior lab about 10 years old that i help care for after three major surgeries, very heartbreaking. I have volunteered at the burlington animal shelter and green beagle lodge in chapel hill which is a doggy daycare. Availibilty is flexible. I took 1 year in college to receive a certificate in animal care management and husbandry; which consisted of learning about feed and nutrition, animal handling and restraining, cleaning kennels and cages for all animals. I recently have worked at sunny acres pet resort in Durham nc and absolutely loved it. Every dog is truly a blessing in their own way. I am a new mom to my first child and currently work at an icecream shop for a little money.
