Sydney did the least care possible for Tink. I could see on the outside cameras when she took her outside. She did not make sure Tink went potty before going back inside, then she told me “she didn’t have to go”. I knew based on how many hours it was since Tink last went outside she would have had to go potty. It’s the babysitter’s responsibility to make she actually goes in the grass to go, not lay in the sun on the patio. Sydney will not be invited back.
