Sydnee was great with our dog Sasha. She was very flexible with us being from out of town and not knowing exact travel times. She took great care of Sasha and I can tell Sasha was happy with Sydnee!

Started off ok but the lack of communication to the point that I had to call the Rover help line to get my animals back was concerning.. She was only supposed to keep my animals a few hours while I had an appointment and it took 3 additional hours of calling, texting, and showing up and not getting in touch with her to ruin this stay for me. When I originally spoke to her she knew it was only for one day and she was ok with a very early drop off. Once my animals were in her care I didn't hear from her. Even when I attempted to reach her to tell her I was coming back. I showed up and she didn't answer the door. I tried calling and texting while in her driveway as well. I gave her a couple of hours benefit of the doubt because I had only been gone 3 hours. But I had told her "early morning to mid afternoon" and "be back after 10". So after 3 hours longer than my intended stay for my pets and absolutely no response on her side I had to contact Rover. Within 10 minutes of them contacting her she reached out to me and I picked up my pets. They seemed like they had been cared for with the food and litter I provided so I'll give her that. The lack of communication was extremely concerning for me when I had specified multiple times my time frame was for same day boarding. She even admitted to thinking she was keeping my pets over night even though it was outlined in the care details. And she admitting to leaving her phone in another room for 3 hours.
