I have had pets around the house since I was three years old, and my daily duties feeding, watering, bathing, walking, and playing with them began around age 7. In my lifetime, I’ve had one dog and six cats. I have been petsitting for the past four years, and over the last year have had a lot of success with my Rover clients. I currently have one cat named Rumi, who I adopted and have taken care of through a series of surgeries and other health problems. This experience has helped me learn how to administer medication to animals, follow strategic dietary needs, and keep up with other basic health needs. I love animals and the outdoors, and am always full of energy to take them on walks or to play. I currently work five days a week at a daycare (9:30-5:30 on TTH and 12-5:30 MWF). I am available to take care of your pets before and after work every day of the week, stay overnight when needed, and work on the weekends. I am good at keeping up with a pet’s schedule due to my own experience caring for my cat who I love dearly. I understand the importance of reliability, attention to detail, and energetic play time for your pet’s well being. I have learned these things from keeping up with my cat’s litter box needs, scheduling in daily play time, feeding him twice a day on the same schedule as when I eat, and following medical regimes.
