Attention to all pet parents! My Name is Suzy I live in Burr Ridge. I have been doing this in the BR area for three years now. I have build my clientele although I am still taking new clients. I’m a very experienced pet sitter & dog walker. I work seven days a week with dogs and can offer services on holidays as well. My hours are: M-F 7am-7pm Sat&Sun 8am-7pm Some days I can be a little flexible. My husband works from home and helps me as well. I have 20 years experience caring for pets. I will treat your fur baby like my own. I have experience administering medication to dogs. I have experience with senior dogs and puppies. I have experience with Covid/anxiety dogs. I have had a handful of them. I’m a stay at home mom with one child. Caring for dogs is my full time job. I have a sweet mini golden doodle that allows me to do this. I can take your dog out every hour or so for bathroom breaks. I do boarding, doggy day care, drop in visits, and walks. I enjoy it all! For house sitting I do not sleep at anyone’s home. However I can offer multiple drop in visits or stay for a few hours here and there. I do not mind drop offs and pick ups on holidays except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve night, Christmas. I will update you daily and send pictures, and some videos. I have a good size day care room where I monitor the dogs during the day and care/play with your pet. A huge basement with lots of space so your dog can run around and play. I will also sit on the deck with your dog since I love the outside. I have a long narrow dog run in the front of my home. My front is gated all around. Dogs can sleep separately in the day care room or a bedroom on the first floor. (Pictures on Rover). I have large play pens ( for any size dog) the dogs can sleep in there or on the doggie couch. Dogs do not sleep in the basement. It’s only for running and play time. My back yard has a dog tie cut cable and stake. It’s 30 FT and rope escape proof. To avoid all the foot traffic in my home I do not give tours of my home on my meet and greets, drop offs, and pick ups. There are pictures on Rover of my day care room, basement, bedroom. I do not accept doberman pinchers, pit bulls, (some pit bull mixes are fine) Mastiff, Great Pyrenees, and Great Danes.

We left our dog with Suzy for a week and she went above and beyond in his care during his stay! She is a true animal person and was able to get our dog less shy as the stay went on! As a bonus, we received daily updates/photos! Her house is set up perfectly with dog space both inside and out. I truly recommend Suzy to care for your pet! She is wonderful:)

Our dog had a great afternoon with Suzy! We reached out to her last minute for a day care booking and she was very accommodating, and sent pictures and updates throughout his visit with her. We will definitely book with Suzy again if we find ourselves needing a sitter in the area.

I monitor all dogs. When I do run out of the house I separate each dog to be safe. Your dog will be safe at my home with my family and I. We have a very safe neighborhood with cameras as you come in. I like to throw the ball around to the dogs. Play tug of war. I have tons of pet toys and bones. Take walks, they would run in the basement or front area and have play time. Sit on the deck as well. There will always be at least one or a few dogs for your pooch to play with. If your dog does not want to play or hang with other dogs they are welcome to sit by me. Or my husband as he’s in his office working. At drop offs please have your dog on a leash as they are not allowed to roam around in my home. Only in the day care room, basement, and dog bedroom. I do not offer drop off or pick up services.
