We had to go out of town on short notice because of family illness. Suzanne was quick to respond and even thought she already had plans, she was kind of enough to accommodate our needs even though it wasn't convenient or easy for her to do so. That says a lot about the kind of person she is. She put a strangers needs above hers and she could have just say sorry I'm booked. But here's what you need to know about caring for your pet. Suzanne is a mature and responsible person you can trust to leave your home and pet to. She did exactly what she agreed to do. Our puppy was instantly comfortable with her and we had no issues.
