If you have ever seen a young gal stop you in the middle of your walk to say hi to your dog, or just staring at your dog with big hearts over her eyes, it's probably me. I am a dog walker during the weekdays, and I ride my bike almost everywhere I go! When I'm at home with your beloved pet, I enjoy lots of playtime and snuggles (if permissible of course!) I promise you, your dog will know absolute happiness and adoration with me, as my patience knows no bounds. I have also volunteered at the PAWS Chicago Adoption Center, and have experience with handling puppies, larger animals, and senior pawed citizens.

I have never left Winston at home without me, but I had to go to Florida for 2 nights and couldn’t take him along. Suzanne had walked Winston before, while I was sick so he was familiar with her and he really likes her. Suzanne stayed with Winston, overnight, at my condo while I was in Florida. Shes the best! I highly recommend Suzanne!
When we were on a vacation Suzanne stayed at our place to take care of Babs and Amy, our two dogs. Suzanne took good care of furry babies. She followed all the instructions and she was a good house guest.

My house is not considered very dog friendly, nor would the building staff be overly willing to let non-resident dogs into the building at will. I am a pet sitter generally requiring to stay overnight at the client’s home. I will make sure to keep the floors as clean as possible, strip the bed when the sit is over, and put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher or sink.

Can your dog be at home alone for 6 hours or more during the weekdays? Do you have standard leashes? I will also need to know dietary and medical instructions in either your pet care notes or on paper, either way works for me. Also, does your home or apartment complex have a place to store my bike safely? I am in LOVE with Laboradors, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Border Collies, I'd keep going but I'd be at the keyboard for quite a while!
A typical day
I am known to give attention to dogs of various sizes, and to gently pat them to sleep. I generally walk dogs in my care four times a day (two 25-30 minute walks and two around the block) on weekdays and three on weekends, depending on my schedule. If you live nearby a dog park, with your permission I would be more than happy to walk your dog over there to get some playtime and exercise in!
