Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats in my life entire life. Over 25 years with animals has been incredibly rewarding and instilled in me a deep love and devotion to mine and others' pets. I have raised 4 leader dogs and was in 4H for more than 10 years. While I am not as actively involved, my mom runs a 4H group that I help with. I work with the kids and their dogs doing agility, showmanship, and obedience. While I have dog sat for about 4 years, I have been a dog groomer for a little more than 8 years. I have even fostered dogs in the past and had the privilege of finding them great forever homes. My experiences have helped me become even more patient and passionate about all the different breeds of dogs. While I absolutely adore large dogs, I also have a soft spot for the small ones. Every dog is different and it is an incredible adventure meeting and falling in love with so many adorable furry friends. I hope you will consider me for your pet watching needs!

A typical day
When dogs stay with me they will enjoy getting spoiled. Each dog is different and will be able to do things they enjoy at their own pace. Whether they like to play or run around the backyard or lay around on the couch inside, each dog will get to do what makes them happy. They will be able to go outside as much as they want in my large fenced in backyard or go for walks through my neighborhood and to the local park. They can play inside or out with other dogs or myself, or they can relax on their own. Playing with toys and any treats given are always supervised. Keeping everyone safe, happy, and healthy are my top priorities.
