Pet care experience
My name is Susanne and I have been a pet owner all of my life, from reptiles and fish to cats and dogs. I love all animals and about 10 years ago was lucky enough to find Reuben, a rescue australian shepherd mix that stole my heart. I've always been interested in caring for other's animals at an affordable cost and now my husband and I finally have the time and the flexibility to do so. My husband and I moved to Delaware from Colorado about 3 years ago for work, and feel we want to continue to help walk, sit, or train pets in our free time. Austin is a qualified schutzhund trainer for dogs. He has taught many dogs at all levels to heel on walks and obey commands using lanyards and positive reinforcement. We can dog-sit at your house and do regular walks. We have also had senior pets that need regular medication and feel comfortable with whatever your loved one needs.

Susanne and Austin were incredible. So supportive with the pups and willing to be patient when one pup was being feisty one day. We recently moved into the area and were worried about finding Rovers for walks when we were both gone. We are lucky we found them!

We feel it is important to do more than just a walk while you are away. Dogs are pack animals and need love and attention to relieve anxiety. We want to make sure your pet gets the attention he/she needs while you are away which is why we offer both walks and home sitting.

A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on runs or hikes around the many state parks in Delaware. If they enjoy fetch, there are some wonderful dog parks around the area where we can take them off leash and let them run around and socialize. Whatever is a good fit for your animal.

Availability
My husband and I have opposing work schedules which allows for flexibility of dog waking and care throughout the day and night. Any day or night at any time is frequently doable for us.
