I love animals and have had many during my 59 years! I can provide insulin shots as I have had a cat with diabetes. When I need a cat sitter I ask them to send me photos/texts to keep me posted and will happily provide this for you so that you can rest easy knowing your furry family member is happy, and being well taken care of. I have 3 daughters, one granddaughter, and one grandbaby on the way. I am married and recently sold my Arlington house to downsize to a condo in Falls Church. I have one cat named Patrick (Patty). Although I don’t have a dog right now I grew up with a beagle that my dad rescued. I have had several dogs during my adult life, but I think I would have to say that I am partial to smaller breeds as they bring back such fond memories of my childhood. You can rest assured that I will love and treat your furry family member as my own! UPDATE - My grandson was born November 5 - four weeks early! Mom and baby are doing great!!

Susan and her husband were excellent cat-sitters! They kept me up to date with daily videos and pictures and left everything in perfect order. I could tell that my cat enjoyed their company and I would hire them again in the future.
Susan and her husband were great. She was so conscientious, did extra stuff around the house than just cat sitting and even went back to my home for an extra trip to try to find Sophie who had been MIA since we left. She truly understands and loves cats. They were quite happy and well taken care of when we got home.
Susan was a terrific cat-sitter. She immediately responded to my request, had the meet-and-greet that very day, and was so sweet to my cat. She made her visits on time, sent multiple videos and pictures, and completely put me at ease. I would recommend Susan to anyone, and I will definitely use her again in the future!
Susan kept our frail 18-year-old and 4 younger cats comfortable and calm while we were away 5 days over Christmas. She texted daily photos and updates, providing us with great peace of mind. everything was in apple-pie order when we returned: food dishes full, clean water, clean litter boxes. Susan will be our go-to sitter going forward; very professional, responsive, and easy to work with!
