Susan was absolutely wonderful with my 11 year old Jack Russell/Chihuahua, Precious, who has severe separation anxiety issues due to a very recent loss of a family member and move across the country to live with her aunt in LA. I was certain after the initial meet & greet that Precious would take a minute to warm up to Susan but would ultimately be in very good hands with her. As it turned out, Precious whined a lot during the first few hours but wound up doing really well that evening and was completely fine when I arrived the following night to pick her up. I could tell she was a lot more comfortable with Susan and everything worked out fine. Susan updated me frequently throughout her stay and texted photos of my Precious relaxed, which definitely helped me relax. They went on long walks and sat on her backyard swing together. I ride a motorcycle and have frequent trips out of town, so I will definitely be bringing Precious to stay with Susan again soon.

Susan was very sweet. We met before agreeing to begin the sitting stage. Susan asked lots of great questions to be as informed as possible. Overall Hendricks was in good care.
