We couldn't have been happier with the level of service we received from Susan! From the moment we had our meet and greet, we knew we have found the perfect person to care for our boys while we were away! We have 3 rescue pups, all under the age of 1, so they have a lot of energy and can be a bit of a handful; she took great care of them while we were gone, was prompt about responding when we sent a few 'check-in' texts and just put our minds at ease so we could truly relax and enjoy our vacation! This kept out pups in their environment and on schedule with their typical routine, which is important when they are young! You will not be disappointed if you choose Susan to care for your pets, she definitely has a way with them; she even taught our most stubborn pup to sit for his treat, we had been trying to work on that with him for awhile and to our amazement, when we got home, he was doing it!

Susan cared for my dog, Jax, for over a week while I was out of town. She took Jax on multiple walks a day and sent me plenty of pictures of him enjoying his time with her. I came back to a very happy dog who was well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Susan for any of your pet care needs!
