Pet care experience
I am a mature, professional woman who offers a more upscale pet sitting or housesitting experience. I love animals and have a wide range of experience with dogs and cats. I have fostered six dogs and have a Schnoodle of my own. I began dog sitting for a friend whose mother passed away and he wanted to travel the world. I regularly sit four dogs and a cat on a lakehouse in SC. I am sympathetic to all pet parents' situations since I know how difficult it can be.

Susan goes so far above anyone whom I ever had to house sit. She stayed 3 nights. I have a senior dog who is very needy and Susan was so patient and kind to her. She sent text Updates and pictures daily. She even washed the sheets on her bed and put them back on. She far exceeded our expectations. I hope she continues to house sit for a very long time because I will always call on her!
Susan took such loving care of my precious little man, Oliver. She and her pup, Luna, cared for Oliver while he stayed with them while I was traveling. I had intended to be gone for a little over a month and it got extended to two months. She was so awesome with Oliver. If you are considering Susan for any pet sitting options she would be fabulous. She communicates well, is incredibly intelligent and caring. Your pup or pups will be in great hands. Oliver and I both appreciate her so much.
My husband and I love having Susan sit for our four dogs and cat. She came out to met everyone and become familiar with the property before her first sitting. She has sat for us several times. We feel comfortable and secure with her taking care of the pets and our home. She is a calm, thinking and affectionate person with the pets. Susan gives us regular updates and pictures of how everyone is doing. Our home was tidy upon our return. She washes all the nose prints off the windows, cleans the water and food bowls daily. And she swept up dog hair! As long as she's available we will continue to use her.

A typical day
We often enjoy long walks, hiking, playing at the beach or the dog park. We play ball 3x a day and with toys throughout the day. We can bring puzzles or play any of your pet's favorite games. Water bowls are washed once a day, food bowls after every meal. Playing dog relaxation music over portable speakers.

I am a retired professional writer and media executive who is working on a book project and caring for my mom at home. I am able to stay away for periods at a time. I walk 4 to 5 miles every other day and swim regularly.
