Pet care experience
I have had pets since I was born, including 6 cats and 2 dogs. When I was growing up, my mom would leave to teach over the summer and I would take care of our dogs Lucy and Bailey as well as my cat Bella, whom I had from my sixth birthday through my 22nd. On a personal note, I am a poet/musician/artist with a B.A. from UVA in English/Poetry Writing (my musical project is called AUTODIVA and I have currently released 2 albums and a few singles). I am also a high-energy person so I am able to sustain long periods of walking/running/playing. I am attentive to and respectful of animals and I have a good amount of experience caring for cats, dogs, and other creatures.

Susan was kind to the pups and minded the home. Out of respect for her privacy, I will not write details, but I will say I had to fly home from my trip early and unfortunately it did not work out. I wish her the best of luck.
Susan is by far the best rover I have ever had! She gives my pups so much attention and they love her. I always book her if she’s available and highly recommend!
Susan is actually the best!!! She went above and beyond. Spent a way more time with my dogs than was required and took them to the dog park (their favorite place in the world!!) She is super good at communication and takes the best pictures too. So wonderful to work with her again!
We hired her for a whole weekend. She did arrive a little late, but she kept the house clean and my dogs happy. She sent me updates regularly. I’d definitely ask her back when we need her.

A typical day
It all depends upon the dog/cat. I play with them outside, take them for walks as requested, cuddle with them and watch tv, and make sure that they are comfortable and entertained.
