Susan is fantastic! She has been pet-sitting (and house sitting) for our family for several years. We have 3 dogs of our own, plus at least 1 other foster dog most of the time. One of our dogs has seizures and needs regular medication, and our foster dogs usually are under treatment or rehab from injury. Susan always handles all of their different needs with competence and ease, and has resolved emergencies when we are out of the country. She is great with cats too, and is very caring with elderly and ill cats. She is completely reliable, never late, and checks in regularly with updates.
