Hi there, I’m Susan. I’m a retired trainer, experienced pet sitter, and all around dog lover here to provide care for your furry friend! As a retiree, I am at home the majority of the time, so your dog will rarely be left alone. I love continuing to work with dogs, it keeps me busy, and helps me stay current with my training education. I’m a perfectionist--that means I will ensure your dog is getting the best care possible. I have an extremely caring nature, and if a dog is nervous or shy, I am happy to help them work through it. Your dog is more than a client to me, they are a friend, and I make an effort to bond with each individual dog in my care. I’m an Auntie to the majority of my furry friends! You and your dog will love me because caring for dogs is my calling. I have fostered close to 40 dogs and help them find their forever families. It was so rewarding teaching those dogs to be happy family members. I even have taught training classes at the humane society. My home is very dog friendly. As an experienced dog person, I know accidents happen, and my laminate floors are very forgiving. My yard is small, but it’s great for stretching legs and catching the breeze.
