I've been leaving my dogs at Susan's for about 6 years now - honestly, I think she's the best dog sitter on the Penninsula. She's flexible, responsive and easy to work with in making a booking. This last time, I was accidentally a nightmare client: I had 1) delay in my credit card processing, 2) a request from me to cancel and re-book so I could use Rover credits, 3) a change from three dogs to two for Sad Reasons, and then 4) a change to come home a day early during the booking. Susan was patient and happy to work with me. Her place is spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. She sent many photos of the dogs, and there's no faking the relaxed and happy looks on their faces. My dog with severe allergies came home with less skin irritation than he's had in years - I think the plentiful outdoor time and dust-mite-free environment helped him. Overall, 6 stars out of 5, super duper recommended.

Susan has a wonderful property for my dog to get his wiggles out. He always comes back from her place happy and tired.
