Susan is a five-star pet sitter. I was extremely hesitant to use a pet-sitter, (especially someone I had never met) to stay in my home with my fur babies. Susan immediately put my mind at ease. She was available via text message and phone call at any time and answered any and all questions I had. She is flexible, reliable, and caring. Susan also met with me at my home for approximately two hours prior to her pet-sitting to walk with me and my dogs through my neighborhood and to see what our normal routine was to make sure that everyone involved was comfortable with the arrangement. There is something to be said about going on a trip and not having to worry about whether or not your pets are being well taken care of! She updated me with pictures of my dogs having (too much) fun without me. Thank you, Susan!

I see Susan take care of her two dogs on a near daily basis. She is compassionate, playful, and understanding of a dog's needs. I've seen her spot suspicious behavior in a dog days before it became evident it needed medical support (don't ask her about the time the kennel she took her dog to let them eat their collars)!!!
