I have been working with Rover for about 3 years now, and I must say I have never been happier with any other line of work. Meeting all of you and your precious animals has brought me such joy, I can't even explain! I have always been an animal lover, especially with dogs and cats. The trust and connection they have with us humans is just remarkable. They are such great friends as well, and really good listeners. Having dogs and cats as a part of my family in the past, reading about them and watching documentaries on them has helped me better understand the way their minds work, how to read their body language, and how to cater to their every need. I do not have my own pet at this moment in my life, but honestly this has allowed me to pour so much love and compassion towards the animals that need it when their families are away, so I am extremely grateful for these opportunities. You may have seen Ghostbusters 2016 or The Amazing Spider Man 2. As hours kept piling on and demand rising, I resigned to take my life in a more mindful direction. One thing lead to another and I started to nanny 3 lovely children. Not only did I fall in love with the kids, I also fell in love with their little dog, Peaches. The happiness I felt from taking care of both the kids and Peaches (let's be honest, Peaches was the only one who showed appreciation), has led me to seek out additional pet care through Rover. So here I am!
