I am a Bay Area native that recently graduated from UC Davis' animal science program. I have had experience working for two private petsitting companies for the past 5 years, one in the bay area and one during my time in Davis. I decided to give the Rover app a shot, and would be gracious to watch your pet! I've grown up with dogs, cats, and other various pets my whole life and would love to give a helping hand to any other pet lover. I have been pet sitting on my own roughly since I was 14 years old, managing my clients and taking my time to learn effective ways to keep your pets safe and my clients in the loop while they're away. You can expect photo updates, prompt response time from me, and assurance that I want to keep your pet comfortable with whatever service I am providing your family. As a recent graduate, pet sitting will be my main focus while I work on my veterinary school applications and continue to accrue my clinical shadowing hours on the side. I look forward to meeting new pets and clients as part of my daily routine. Safety is my main priority. Learning your pet's likes, dislikes, quirks is important to me. I am also experienced in emergency situations and will be ready to have the vet clinic of choice documented if ever needed under my care. I also think maintaining a typical routine for a pet is important to preserving their comfort level while their owners are away. No level of detail is too much for me when getting to know a new pet and how to best take care of them!
