Since moving to Chicago for college in 2011 (and saying goodbye to my beloved Golden Retriever Ruby), I have been counting down the days until I can have a dog of my own! In the meantime, I have been volunteering at PAWS in their adoption center in Lincoln Park, where I help to care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I am currently a graduate student, and though I have class sporadically during the week, I have plenty of weekday flexibility, particularly within the neighborhoods of the Loop, West Loop, West Town, Pilsen, South Loop, University Village, and Near West Side. I bike almost everywhere, so my transportation is very flexible. I am a responsible, organized, creative, and fun-loving caregiver and I look forward to meeting your furry friends! :)
