My Dog is My Best Friend
Pet care experience
Growing up we always had a zoo of pets from dogs, cats, rodents, hamsters, and fish to the more exotic bearded dragon and a small snake. I am the oldest of 6 kids which means I took on most of the responsibility of caring for all the animals (including my siblings lol ). Now I live in a wonderful home owned by myself and my husband with our two cats and dog, all who are rescues. Our pets live inside and are treated as members of our family. My dog is a 70lb sweet hunk who gets along with all dogs big or small. I walk him 5 days per week and we play outside in our fenced back yard every day. He gets regular baths and is up to date on all shots, flea medication and heart guard. I have experience in dog training and also experience administering all types of medication and feeding special diets to dogs and cats.

Summer was great with my high energy 9 month old puppy! We met a week prior to the boarding date to make sure our dogs would get along, and Summer really took the time to get to know and understand my dog. During the stay, there was constant communication and picture updates (which I really appreciated). I know my dog enjoyed hanging out with his new friend, Rico, and I'm sure he would love to have another sleepover in the future. I would highly recommend Summer for any of your pet sitting needs as she is very friendly, professional, and responsive! Thanks again! :)
Summer was great - I'd highly recommend her. She took the added steps of meeting our dog prior to accepting the reservation and even introduced her dog on a pre-stay walk, too. Then, during the stay, good communication and pictures.
Summer was great with my doggies! She is very patient and understanding of their needs! I recommend her, because she always fits into my schedule and helps make life easier!
Summer is definitely an animal person. She loves her two rescue cats and our dog too. Shes very patient and pays a lot of attention to their needs mental/physical and also playtime! Summer is great at learning how to solve problems and avoid issues. Also a big plus is her knowledge of animal first aid.

I have a fenced backyard and a friendly dog who can keep your dog company. My cats will be kept safe in my bedroom during each stay. We also have a baby gate to separate the front and back of the house. My dog is highly energetic and loves other dogs. When we take him to the dog park he always has a ton of fun interacting with others. He has a very tolerant personality and always walks away from any rough encounters from other dogs. He is house trained and is trained in basic and intermediate commands. Your dog will receive lots of love and attention, a daily walk, fresh water at all times, and regular potty breaks. I can easily crate your dog if/ when needed.

No dogs with a history of biting humans, fighting, or food aggression. Dogs older than 1 year must be house trained and obey basic commands. Puppies who aren’t house-broken will be crate trained to avoid messes in the house. I will accept unnuetered males for boarding in my home if <1 year old.

I currently work part time as a fitness instructor 4 days per week from 5:30 to 8am. Otherwise, I am home the rest of the day to care for my home and pets. My schedule is flexible.
