I've devoted my (early) retirement to the health, welfare and rescuing of all animals. I enjoy the love and companionship they naturally provide. I have experience with special needs dogs, senior dogs, shelter dogs and puppies. I have adopted elderly dogs in the past and currently own 2 special needs dogs : One is older and has some heart issues: The other was born with a leg deformity and uses a front wheelchair. I have over 40 years of experience working with all types of animals, and even raised and released a one eyed wild duck. I currently volunteer for a 501(c)3 nonprofit dog rescue here in town.
