Pet care experience
I have had cats in my home for 23 years, and 2 of them had chronic health issues requiring medication. I have lived with dogs off and on, and love them! I have taken care of friends’ dogs and cats when they are out of town, and generally love animals and getting to know their different “person”alities!

After 2 years of the pandemic, Sue was the first person that my dog Cato had stayed with at home besides me. Well, I think he might like her more than me in the end. Sue did a great job of keeping up with Cato's play desires, taking him out to run around, playing tug of war in the house and generally just having fun. Kept me abreast of everything going on while I was gone, both with texts and lots of pictures. He was happy, healthy and well fed when I got home. For a first time out with Cato, I couldn't recommend anyone more.
Sue is a very responsible and loving pet owner. I have known her for over 10 years and she has always had at least two cats who she takes excellent care of and loves dearly. She has also wanted dogs but has been unable due to living situation but seeks out play and snuggles with friend's dogs whenever she can. She'll make a wonderful pet caregiver!
Sue is my ex-wife. I trust her 100% with our son when he's with her, and also to care for my 2 cats when I'm away. Sue is always the first person I contact when I know Onyx and Sombra will need a human to care for them. Sue won't just feed and scoop, she'll take time to snuggle with your cat(s) too!. My cats love her, and so will yours!

I cannot have pets in my home aside from my own 2 cats, but am fine with going to others’ homes to care for their pets. I respect privacy completely, and my rule of thumb is, assume that I may be on camera! I understand that it takes a lot of trust to let someone into your home.

Availability
I work remotely so am generally very available. Wed/Thurs/Fri I may be available for a full day, but Mon/Tues I am available until 2:30. I am available every other weekend for longer periods, but could do visits or walks on any weekend.
