Dog Lover

Pet care experience

********DOGGIE DAY AND OVERNIGHT CARE******** Hi! My name is Sue. Both my husband and I are home FULL TIME. I am a sitter who has undergone advanced screening that culminated in a face-to-face in-home interview with a home inspection. My fees are calculated in 24-hour increments. If your stay extends beyond that 24-hour period, I do charge extra for that additional time. My Rover manager can provide you the details. Your dogs will be so happy to visit here with us. We look forward to meeting with you and your dog and making this their home away from home. I am a lover of dogs and have always had a pet. I have had big Labradors, but now I like to stay with smaller dogs. I spend a lot of time with them, play with them, and talk a lot to them, because I love to watch their expressions when they listen to you and cock their ears. My husband loves to play ball with them and we usually take them for walks in the evenings when the Las Vegas sun goes down. My little dog Dixie loves other dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have grown up with dogs ever since I was born. I am passionate about animals. I love taking care of people's pets while their owner's are away on business or vacation. I firmly believe every animal deserves to have a great loving home and that they should be treated with tender loving care. About my yard I have a fenced in backyard. It is very safe and dog-friendly. There is plenty of sunshine and shade. We have a large dog door so that your pets always have access to the house. The dog door can be easily closed off if you prefer your dog not use the dog door. My experience administering medication Yes, I am comfortable administering medication. I also administer medication to my own dog.

Sue was amazing with our pitty. It was last minute, Sue cared for her for 3 days, and spoiled her rotten. Sue was great!!

Sue was very accommodating. She took our last minute request and was lovely. She sent us picture updates of our pup, which are always appreciated. I would use her again, if in the area.

Sue is the best pet sitter! She always shows our dogs so much love and care when they stay with her while we are away. She treats them as her own and gives them many cuddles. Sue is always responsive within a few minutes and a great communicator. She sends photo updates daily so you can see how your pets are doing. Our senior girl gets all of her medication and we do not have to worry about her. We highly recommended her service if you are looking for your pet to be taken well care of.

Information Sue P. would like to know about your pet

The more an owner can put down on paper or communicate to me, the more comfortable I feel. Here are some typical questions I will ask of a dog owner during a meet and greet: -Do they get along with other dogs? -Do they have a regular feeding & bathroom schedule? -What is their usual routine during the day? -Do they get aggressive or protective over food? -Do they chew? -Do they have a favorite toy? -Any types of toys that are off limits? -Are they allowed on the furniture? -Do they use a crate? -Are there specific things that can trigger anxiety and/or accidents? -Do they bark at noises/strangers? -Are they potty trained? -Do they have separation anxiety? -Have they ever bitten anyone? -Are they current on all their vaccinations?
