Hello! My name is Sue. I'm a stay at home mom and am at home full time. My husband, two sons and I live just East of Route 16 not far from Delong Park and the Scott Pierson Trail. I am very aware of how difficult it can be to leave your beloved dog when you go away. My goal is to make it easier for you but especially for your dog. It is important to me for both you and your dog to feel comfortable with his or her stay as my house guest. My dog Jake is a mini Australian Shepherd. He is such a love bug. He gives the whole family so much love . He likes to cuddle with me at night while watching tv. We play ball in the backyard daily, he also goes for rides in the car with me. We have taken him camping and to visit friends. He gets very excited when meeting new people and dogs. He gets along very well with people and dogs. We wouldn't give him up for anything. I have undergone advanced screening that culminated in a face-to-face in-home meeting with a home inspection. Many of my clients appreciate that I generally take just one family's dogs at a time. My fees are for each overnight stay of up to 24 hours. Any stays lasting over a 24 hour increment will incur an additional fee. There is an additional charge of $5 per night for dogs over 50 lbs. I offer discounts for multiple dogs. I also offer day care services for your beloved pup. Please feel free to contact me for details or with any questions. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I have a wonderful mini Aussie now who is fun and energetic, loves people and dogs alike. Dogs are a joy to be around! The companionship and unconditional love a dog gives cannot compare to any other. I have been very fortunate to have always had a dog in my life. I can't remember a time in my life without one. When I was a kid I had a dog named Snoopy, he always wanted to please us. He was a very happy boy and he would even smile when asked to. I still think of him often and know that his unconditional love made me love all dogs. Meet my pets I do have a cat that stays mainly in the Master bedroom and is used to just avoiding dogs. About my yard My backyard is the perfect haven for a pup that enjoys some time spent outside. It is large and completely enclosed by a 6 foot wooden fence and filled with green grass and gravel. My experience administering medication I have no problem administering oral medication. I am even comfortable giving injections as long as you show me how and where to give the injection. You can count on me to give the proper dosage at the correct time. I do charge an additional $5 per injection.
