Pet care experience
I love all breeds and grew up with three different dogs (Yorkshire Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, and Jindo Mix - see my photo gallery). But I have a soft spot for poodles+doodles. We have two Moyen Poodles (Lulu & Louis). Lulu is a 10 1/2-year old apricot and Louis is a 13-year old dark chocolate. I've taken care of dogs with special needs (dogs requiring weight management, administration of daily oral and topical medications, etc.).
Reviews
Sue is amazing. She handled our pup expertly and even taught him how to give his paw on command. She also instantly helped us feel comfortable that Otis was in good hands. She’s great and we highly recommend her.
Sue was the best sitter I could imagine for our old girl, Zooey! She was meticulous -- everything from mixing in new dog food a little bit each meal over the course of the week, giving Zooey medicine and counting the total number of pills, and sending us notes with photos and videos every morning and evening. I would 100% recommend Sue to anyone!
Sue was an amazing sitter for our 13-year old maltese mix. She asked great questions during our meet & greet and was extremely attentive to all details provided. She went above and beyond to ensure our dog had a wonderful time under her care (including doing some light grooming after she received my "ok"!). I loved receiving her daily updates and could see for myself that our dog was having a great time! Sue exceeded my expectations and I recommend her for anyone seeking a caring and attentive dog sitter.
Sue was wonderful with our rescue dog, Wasabi. She took him on long walks and gave him plenty of cuddles during his time there. I truly appreciate how she provided guidance on how best to help him adjust as we have only had him for about 3 months and are inexperienced with rescues. I highly recommend her!

My home is in a quite and safe neighborhood and is near dog friendly parks/trails. We have a fenced yard. Our great room is my dogs' play room (and my office - so I keep a close eye on client's dog throughout the day).

Information Sue C. would like to know about your pet
-I ask your dog to be reasonably CLEAN at the time of boarding. -Let me know if your dog has any special needs, allergies, medications to be administrated, or behaviors I can account for. -What are some of your dog's quirks I should know about? -I require to have at least one meet & greet and walk the dog with the owner before booking (complimentary). -Must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention
A typical day
I keep a close eye on your dog throughout the day (our great room is my dogs' play room and my office). Your dog will not be left alone while he/she is in my care. When client's dog is energetic and requires lots of exercise, I typically take the dog to a nearby dog friendly trail twice a day. Each walk generally takes about 60-75 minutes and dogs get really happy.

My flexible WFH schedule has allowed me to meet other dog lovers and their beautiful dogs. It's been fun! I take only one client at a time and am available to maintain your dog's preferred schedule. You just relax and enjoy your time off. I'll be your dog's auntie while you're away.
