With over 30 years of experience, I've cared for animals of all sorts and sizes — from dogs and cats to lizards and rats and more, "bully" breeds included. Neighbours, family, friends, and acquaintances have all called upon me to tend to their fur babies. I'm experienced with infant to senior animals, including administering all kinds of meds. I grew up with special needs animals, as well. I was also a surrogate for my own kitten; she was my bottle baby. I've even been a midwife for a stray cat! Your loved ones will love being under my care!

Layla had a great time with Straya. She was very responsive and kept me updated me throughout the weekend! My place was left clean and Layla was extremely relaxed when I got back. Would highly recommend her if you need someone to watch your fur babies while you’re gone.
Our dog took a liking to Straya as soon as he met her. She was reliable, showed up on time and took good care of our older dog including managing multiple medications. We look forward to working Straya again.

I have two cats: a senior tortie and a young "void." I adopted my tortie from the ASPCA and raised my blackie from the bottle. I play with them, I clean up after them, I make sure they don't get into anything they shouldn't, bathe them, clip their nails without getting scratched, and of course I keep them fed and watered. When I had dogs, I would do all the same things plus take them for walks around the neighbourhood, to parks, and on car rides. I'll treat your babies as I treat my own: with complete and unconditional love. Whatever they need, they'll get it. And if you need me to stay at your home, it will be in exceptional hands.

A typical day
I would love to take your animals out to explore. We'll go out, explore new sights, sounds, and smells. We will have an absolute ball! If your animal likes to walk or run, I can easily keep up. If your animal likes to run while you ride a bike, I have one and can totally take care of that.

I'm available any day, any time, anywhere, and I don't have any concrete plans coming up. Caring for animals is my job, and I don't have any kids. My time is occupied by animals.
