Our dogs seemed happy while they were there and they looked great when we came back. However, I’m not very impressed by this visit. I asked Stratton to send us pictures and updates often, but I constantly had to ask how they were doing because I wouldn’t hear anything for several hours at a time. I will say she was responsive when I contacted her, but I had to initiate contact almost every time. Overall, it was a good experience and I’m thankful my dogs were well taken care of, but I really wish I had received more updates.

Stratton did an incredible job with watching my fur babies while I was away. She was incredibly punctual and easily reached at any time. She gave me constant updates with my babies and even handle some unfortunate events on my pupper’s part very kindly and respectfully. Would definitely recommend!! 10/10! We will be back!
