Pet care experience
Aspiring dog owner, lending a helping hand to yours, before getting one of my own. I've always had pets in my home growing up as a child and my love for them has grown even more into my adulthood. I have volunteered at shelters and boarding kennels, I pet and house sit for family and friends; including daily check ins, feeding, exercise, and simple training.
Reviews
Do not hire. Not trustworthy or honest. She had unauthorized overnight guest after we clearly discussed this was not ok. Ring cameras don’t lie. I had her removed mid stay. She admitted that she did this and that it was wrong. If rover doesn’t remove her from the platform, shame on them and beware to you. Created so much unnecessary stress while I was out of town. Thankfully my neighbors saved the day to watch the dogs for the rest of our trip.
Thank you Stevie for taking care of our baby Kai. You went above and beyond with him.
Stevie was great with us, our home, and our pup. She met with us before the booking for an intro and was a great communicator during her stay. We will certainly be reaching to Stevie the next time we need a dog sitter!
Stevie was great with our two pups (3 months and 5 years)! She sent updates every day and asked questions when she needed clarification. She made us feel so comfortable being away for a week! Left our house very clean and was thoughtful with keeping our dogs in their routine. Definitely will be our go to sitter!

I pay great attention to detail on any instructions specified by the owner. The pet’s safety, health & care is my main priority above all else.
Information Stevie E. would like to know about your pet
Typical questions that I will ask during a meet and greet: 1. Does your pup have any separation anxiety? 2. Do they have a typical potty break schedule? 3. Do they get possessive of their food or toys? 4. Does your pup typically sleep in their crate, bed, or anywhere? 5. Are they allowed on furniture? 6. Any allergies to know about? 7. Is your pup afraid/triggered by any behavior such as a vacuum, broom, skateboarders, cyclists, etc? If so, how does your pup react and how do you usually handle the situation?
A typical day
I like to take breaks from work and play fetch or tug of war with pups. Practicing tricks or commands is always a fun way to stimulate a pup mentally.

Availability
I work from home full time so I can bring work with me on stay ins or check ins. This allows me the freedom to give extra attention and care to animals without being on any time restrictions. While I'm working, I love having their company, they're the best coworkers! I take myself on walks regularly, so having a dog's company is always a bonus.
