I had to wait to write this review because I was so upset and still am. This was my first time using rover so I was extremely nervous. Steven came over for a meet and greet and I thought I hit the jackpot! He was at entice to my girl, super nice, accommodating.. you name it I thought he would be my forever sitter. Fast forward to my trip. Issues started that day. The most concerning is my alarm called me at 1:30 am and Steven was not at my house. I was unable to get a hold of him. Rover emergency line couldn’t either. In the meantime my dog is home alone with my alarm going off and I’m 1500 miles away. I could go on and on with the all of the problems. Steven then cancelled on me 3 days before I was to come back because his cat was sick. Once again I’m left scrambling. Steven is a super nice guy but I would never leave my pet with him. All I asked for for honesty and transparency with what was happening at my house and I didn’t get it.

Steven was great!!! Would use him again!
