Pet care experience
I moved to Dallas 6 years ago and grew up on a farm. I've been around animals all my life and I'm a huge dog lover. Whenever I wasn't fostering dogs for a rescue organization my friends helped run I seemed to be the go to person for my friends and family for dog sitting. I live in Victory Park and enjoy going on runs and walks on Katy Trail. I also enjoy spending time at Mutts or at other dog parks when I'm dog sitting. I work full time but live 5 blocks from work and go home every day for lunch and have a flexible enough schedule where I can go home more often if necessary. I'm a fun loving energetic person who likes to be outdoors. I also have experience taking care of a variety of dog breeds. I have a 90lb Redbone Coonhound named Griffey that is very energy efficient and loves all types of animals and people. He has never shown aggression towards any animal.

I always have a dog on a leash unless it's at my apartment dog park. I never enter a dog park without knowing the animals and their owners first. Crating is available if needed for your animal.

A typical day
I love to let my dog check out the neighborhood smells as well as stimulate him physically on the trail. There's even a big park nearby my apartment to roam around in.

Availability
I work M-F 07:00-16:00 and go home every day for lunch to let my dog out as well. I'm constantly taking walks on the trail before and after work. My apartment building has a dog park as well for fun play times.
