I've taken care of dogs my whole life from Yorkshire Terriers to Rottweilers to Great Danes and haven't met a puppy that doesn't love me yet. If you have other pets besides dogs that's fantastic, they'll be well taken care of as well. I don't have any pets myself due to my leasing agreement, but I take care of dogs for active duty military and traveling students and others who have to take extended leaves of absence from their pets. My family has a long storied history of having them and we never considered them pets. I've had dog brothers/sisters before. My favorite pet was a Labrador I had that I named Panther. He was my best friend and wherever I went he'd go. I treat dogs like family because I'm use to having dogs as family.
