Pet care experience
We have a fenced gravel area in front of our house. I'm happy to walk, and if they need it, run, with your dog. Your dog will keep me and our greyhound company while working from home. It is nice and peaceful here -- we live in a secluded street with a back deck overlooking a canyon full of redwood trees. My wife and I have owned dogs for nearly 20 years, ranging from poodle mixes, terrier mutts, and a chihuahua. We now just have the one greyhound. House has hardwood floors so even if there is an accident. it is easily cleaned up. On occasion, I'll need to run a quick errand. If I'm going to be heading out I'll let you know to ask if you dog can be trusted alone. We have a full size cage we can use.

Steve is an excellent dog sitter! We went on a long vacation with the need for Steven to help transport our dog to another sitter in the middle and he was very accommodating. Our dog loves playing with his dog which is a real bonus as well. Steve communicates well to and kept us up to date regularly. I would highly recommend Steve especially if your dog is energetic and likes to play with other dogs!

Steven took good care of Sasha. He was quick to respond and sent a photo.
Our dog Rio had a great time today on a walk with Steven and Bowie. Looking forward to full day stays later this week.

A typical day
Will walk in Redwood Park or just walk round the block -- whichever your dog is accustomed to. Our street is very quiet so even a quick visit outside is very easy for us.
