I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and making them feel comfortable and loved. All dogs should have the attention that they deserve and I would love to help an owner give their dog this attention while they are unavailable to do so. I am very attentive to each and every dog that I care for and their special wants and needs. Keeping a dog owner updated on the status of their pet's time with me is crucial to making the client feel comfortable. I know what it is like when I leave my dogs in another person's care, and I can sympathize with wanting constant updates, be it text, picture, or both. The occasional video doesn't hurt either. Special accommodations must be made to match the needs of the particular dog that is being watched. In the past year I have moved into my own apartment, and sadly, I had to leave my two dogs with my parents because I did not want to split them up. I still get to see them regularly, however, their loss is your dog's gain. I have ample free time during the day to walk and care for pets of those who must go to work or are unavailable to do so themselves.

Steven is really amazing with Bosley. Kept me updated over the weekend with pictures and video. Bosley had a small injury and had a little limp, I was especially grateful with how attentive he was with him. Taking down out vet and emergency #s and making sure he doesnt jump too much on and off the couch. The best! I was able to rest assured during our vacation. This was our first time going with Steven and hopefully wont be our last. Thanks again Steven!!
Steven Marchetti , a genuinely caring individual, has been my friend for 5 years. He has dog sat for my family, and has walked my family dog, Lola, countless times. We rescued Lola two years ago from a shelter, and when we brought her home, she was hesitant of all human contact. Yet, when Steven met Lola for the first time, a bond was formed. Steven has a gift working with animals. His love, appreciation and respect towards any animal, is beyond pure, and most importantly, it comes naturally to him. Steven would be an excellent candidate to dog sit and dog walk any k-9 friend, and I, without any doubt, recommend him.

A typical day
I live in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. I love it, and I think your dog will love it, too. There are many tree lined blocks and scenic paths where we can take nice long walks together. I live in an apartment, although it is a good enough size for a small or medium sized dog to have no problem feeling right at home. There are dogs parks throughout my neighborhood where we can play. Your dog and I will spend lots of quality time together. I am home during the day pretty much all day unless there is an errand that needs to be run. We will go on nice long walks by the water and then come home and snuggle on the couch.
