I genuinely love dogs and they seem to know it. We get along better than most people. Lol there's nothing I wouldn't do for your dog I wouldn't do for mine. Mine have been camping and hiking buddies my whole life. I socialized as much as possible. There are ques dogs give you just have to be aware of them. They send social ques you should be aware of. I have had pets my whole life and they truly become family to me. Pets are great. You really just treat a pet as you would want to be treated if you were in there position or were a pet yourself. Pets are great. I love them they make the world go around in circles peace.
