I'm a dog person through and through. I have had dogs my whole life and have been caring for neighbors pets my whole life. Dogs easily distract me so I tend to give them all the attention they need and give them the exercise they require. I love going for walks and meeting other dog owners. Growing up in here in SB I know all the best places to walk and where all the off leash parks are. Clients that elect for house sitting can expect their pupper to be feed, walked twice a day, receive bathroom breaks during the night, and be given the same love and affection I show my dogs. There will be a walk in the morning around the neighborhood before I start my classes for the day and a longer walk at a nearby park or trail in the evening. Water bowls will be filled in the morning and dogs can be feed once or twice a day depending on owner preference. I will give all dogs I care for the same love and attention that I give my dogs. I was born and raised here in Santa Barbara and know the best places to go on walks and hikes. I can come to any part of town to care for the pups (because they are worth it), whether it be Goleta, Sb or Montecito. Also, I am a student at SBCC and I'm on campus for some portion of the day, I do work during the week, however, I work every early in the morning to accommodate my class schedule so work will not keep me away from the dogs. Note: For house-sitting clients; I will most likely, behavior and owner permitting take the dog(s) on errands with me. They will keep me company all around town on the various stop I have to make, meet new people and dogs, smell new smells and have a very active day. My dogs and my friend's dogs enjoy it and it tuckers the hyper ones out helping to cut down on the bad, rebellious tendance dogs get when their family is gone. I can do this for drop-in clients and possibly walking clients as well but on a client-to-client basis and we will have do discuss this before hand.
