Pet care experience
ABOUT US: We have been taking care of a variety of pets over 20 years with our own pets or taking care of others. We have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, to even fish and turtles! We have the most experience with dogs and cats, but we are open to take care of other fuzzy, feathery or scaly friends! BILINGUAL: Hablamos Español. ❤️ OUR HOME: We live in an apartment/duplex attached to our families home. We have a fenced yard but there is a mango tree and coconut trees, therefore we rather take them walking around the neighborhood or to a dog park to avoid any accidents. Our home and neighborhood is safe and quiet with a park nearby. FAMILY DOG: We have a small family dog (Natsu: Neutered, 9 lb, Papillon) who loves to stay on our side of the apartment/duplex but, when caring for other pets we ask the pet parents if they want a companion for their pets or not. If yes, we usually keep a dog fence between the living room and bedroom for a few days/visits as they get to know each other. If not, we leave him on the other side of the duplex with his original pet parents (the space is divided by 2 doors and a doggy fence) but he is super friendly and gentle to all species of animals.

Steven & Claudia did an awesome job taking care of our 2 dogs. They quickly felt right at home and had a great time with them!
Steven & Claudia are the best! They genuinely care about my furbabies, have excellent communication, send lots of photos and updates, and leave my home neat and tidy. I highly recommend them!!!
Steven and Claudia helped us out with a last minute appointment to home sit for a few hours. I appreciated their flexibility. They were responsive and great with our dog. Would recommend and would work with them again!

PET CARE: We take care of the pets inside our home. We have a futon that we sanitize any time we have a pet over so they have a comfortable place to rest, we enjoy walking frequently around our safe neighborhood. We clean dogs paws any time we go for a walk. We also use pet friendly cleaning products only. With permission, we have dog seatbelts for safety to take on short trips to the park or run errands. We can also continue with any training for the pet as long as details are given. We can provide oral medications as needed. We have not had experience with injectables but we are not opposed to learning how and there is two of us to help!

We require a meet and greet before and if you would like to book us for a day as a test trial before a long stay that can be arranged. In order to keep everyone safe, we will need proof of up to date vaccination. To make sure your pet is well taken care of, please let us know if they have any allergies to any materials or snacks, as well as any physical conditions. Let us know if they normally from time to time don't eat or they have diarrhea or vomit their food so there is no cause for concern. Let us know if we need to be vigilant with spraying or marking accidents. If your dog is sick before boarding, please let us know ASAP. If you have any other questions about us or for us please dont hesitate to ask! We look forward to hearing from you and your pets soon :) PS. Please bring a clothing that has your smell for those who do have separation anxiety. Helps calm them down ❤️.
A typical day
Since we are two, you can rest easy that your pet will be well taken care of by us both or one of us. Per their temperament we can play, go out, cuddle or just coexist in the same space safely.

Availability
WHAT WE DO: I am a props master/scenic designer/technician and Claudia is currently a tele-health physical therapist assistant, and we came back to Miami from Orlando to help our family due to a health scare, but have decided to stay working here remotely ever since. As long as there is internet connection AND/OR reception for us to use our phone (hotspot), then we can give your pets attention and care all day with the occasional errand run. We can take them out or give them lots of cuddles as needed! Having them with us fits perfectly ☺️. With that said, we would like to reflect that same standard and level of customer service, attention to detail, expectations and utmost care possible to you, your pets, and your home as well. We don't mind taking care of plants if needed :). We are also open to travel long distances and out of state!
