Steve took care of our dog when we went on vacation. His communication was excellent, and he took great care of our dog.

Steve watched our 4 year old Shiba Inu pup Apollo for 5 days while we were across the country for a family wedding. Our dog has only been watched by someone other than close friends and family a small handful of times so we were very worried about having someone new watch him while we were so far away. In general, our dog is not always excited to meet strangers and due to a short booking timeline on our end, we did not have a meet and greet prior. Apollo was very shy and hesitant towards the beginning of their visits, but Steve was thorough and persistent. He put in the time and effort necessary to build a rapport between the two of them and by the end of their time together, Apollo was much more comfortable with Steve and listening to commands. Steve is very attentive, giving us photos and updates, as well as open to guidance/feedback to help smooth the process. We definitely would recommend Steve to anyone looking for drop in care for their pup!
