Stephen was great! He took excellent care of my two cats while we traveled in Italy for 18 days. He sent some of the best photos I have of them. Thanks, Stephen! I would definitely hire you again!

Stephen recently did a two week in-home cat sitting stay for me, and to say that he was amazing is a complete understatement. I have an older (needy) cat with diabetes, so going into the stay I knew it was going to be more complicated than the norm, but boy did my cat put Stephen through the ringer. He handled everything with an amazing attitude, calm and confidence that would not have been expected of anyone. I give him my highest praise and rating. Anyone would be lucky to have him care for their pets! Prior to the stay, Stephen did a meet and greet and we ironed out all the necessary details. Stephen was very thorough in asking questions and it was clear that he knew what he was doing and cared deeply for animals. I immediately felt comfortable with him and so did the cat. Unfortunately, the day before I was flying out, the cat had to go to the vet- Stephen graciously (and without hesitation) agreed to pick her up from the vet and remained in touch with her doctor regarding changes to medication. In addition to this, Stephen also had to deal with some unexpected, out of the litter box, peeing (among other issues). Not only did he handle the situation with humor and patience, he also updated me regularly, purchased cleaning supplies, AND thoroughly cleaned up after the cat. In between cleaning up her messes, Stephen still managed to send me pictures of her, provide very regular updates, and give her insulin injections. In addition to taking perfect care of my difficult cat, the house was cleaner than I left it!! Oh, and on top of all of that Stephen managed to fix my garbage disposal that had been broken for a while. Talk about above and beyond! If you need a pet sitter, you can't go wrong with Stephen.
