I have had a dog for at least half of my life as well as cats and many other animals. Animals like me and I like them. I feel that animals enrich our lives and I find helping people and animals very rewarding. I do not have problems cleaning up messes if needed and enjoy all personality types. My last best friend Rio was an Australian Shepherd mix rescue and a senior dog at 13 years old but still very active. He was a rescue and didn't tolerate other animals well so I couldn't care for other animals in my own home. But since he is gone now, I am more free to help others with their pet care and would welcome the chance to interact with your furry family member. I am semi-retired and am available most days to help out with your pet care needs. Currently, my wife's mother and her small senior poodle mix are staying with us but I would be willing to possible board other animals after they are gone, in mid-February. In the meantime, I can do in-home care, drop-ins and walks most days. Let me know how I can help!
