Pet care experience
I cared for a medium-sized dog starting at age 5-18 years of age. He was my best pal and was my sole responsibility that entire time :) I am a single male, no kids, in a one-bedroom apartment and wouldn't mind it if I had a nice dog of any type to pet again, but I'm not ready to own my own yet because training a dog is a big commitment. I commit to loving your dog to the best of my ability, to cherish your dog in sickness or health, to spend quality time with your dog and supply all its health needs. I believe this is a great opportunity to watch other dogs and let my dog-loving itch out sometimes! I love to cuddle and pet dogs for 30 minutes or longer at a time, and like to walk/run them around the park too. There is also a dog park near the park next to me! They need their exercise! All in all, you can trust me with your dog, and I would love to watch your dog.

Stephen was great with Sammie! He left us updates and was a good communicator and we could see That Sammie was having a great time with him! He left our place immaculate and a happy dog so we will definitely use him again!
Stephen took care of our recent adoption that had some specific needs regarding medicine. He was able to take all our unique requests in stride and let me leave for vacation confident that our new family member was in good hands!
I'm absolutely sure that if my boys could talk, they would tell me they had a great time with Stephen. Before I left, Minor completely forgot about me while Stephen was petting him. My little one doesn't warm up to everyone so quickly, so that by itself put me at ease as this was my first time leaving them with a sitter. Stephen sent pictures and text me about their day. They seemed to be enjoying themselves. If I need to use this service again, I will definitely try to book with Stephen again. Thank you again for watching my boys!! :)
This was our second booking with this sitter and the first time we have ever left our dogs for a whole week with anyone other than family and we are so grateful that we found Adam (aka Stephen)! I am always nervous to be away from my dogs, but Adam takes such amazing care of Arya and Ruby and they love him. He put my mind at ease by sending daily updates, pictures and videos. He was even extremely patient and understand when Ruby took her separation anxiety out on his throw pillows and Arya had an accident. I don’t think I’ll ever leave our girls with anyone other than Adam. I highly recommend!

no breed preferences. Barking dogs are fine, and I would like to know if the dog yelps or whines. I would like to know if your dog is chill or if he/she has a bit of owner's long-distance anxiety. And I don't mind the ones that require some extra love or like to cuddle!
A typical day
I will take the dog to the park that has an entrance in my apartment complex... about two minute walk. The park is huge, and I see other dog-owners walking/playing with their dogs on the trails and fields. I had to catch my own dog plenty of times, but I wouldn't feel comfortable taking him off the leash unless the owner guaranteed me that they weren't a runner ;) I don't currently have dog toys or bones either, so that would need to be provided.
