From Childhood and throughout Adult life have always had, and cared for dogs & cats. Been a "go to" friend to watch friends extended family dogs/pets either at their home or my home when it was possible to do so. I know and understand that the dog/pet is already a bit nervous that "Master" is gone or missing and needs to be kindly cared for and the usual routine , activities, food, indoor/outdoor schedule are maintained to reduce any streee or anxiousness. HAve always experienced the "crazy" excitement a dog shows when master has been gone for several days or longer. Knows a happy pet is a healthy pet, seen this for years in my life. Additionally, am semi retired, family all gone, out of area/state, need the companionship as much as the dog/pet does. Church/Social groups are not enough, and I have most days and some evenings free to just go out and about with the dog in the car and to beach/park etc.
