30 years experience with dogs & cats 6 years experience walking & sitting dogs 100% always sends photos during walk/visits i believe every breed should be loved and cared for without exception. i’m new to rover but not to dog walking! i’ve never not had a dog — or more likely several dogs — as a pet, unless you count the first ten days of my life. throughout college, i volunteered walking dogs at a no-kill shelter every weekend. i’ve had the pleasure of caring for and adopting dogs (as small as a chihuahua and as large as a great dane), cats (from kittens to cranky adult strays), ferrets (of all ages), hedgehogs and more.

Stephanie kept us up to date on everything with our cats and sent us lots of photos! Our house was exactly as we left it, and Stephanie very clearly gave our cats lots of love and affection, which I know they really appreciated. I was also very happy to hear that she played with the cats, and even took them on little walks! Thank you, Stephanie!
Stephanie was great with our pups! She communicated well before and during her stay sharing pics and updates on how they were doing.
Stephanie was great with my three dogs for the weekend, she sent me pictures and kept in contact with me to let me know how my girls were doing. We came home and the house was just how we left it, Very happy with Stephanie and we will definitely use her again!!!!!
Stephanie was communicative and did a great job making sure my kitties were well taken care of while I was away. She gave lots of love and attention to my affectionate one, and made sure my shy one got some treats too. Her updates included lots of pictures and even videos!

i work remotely, so if there’s wifi i can use, i can stay in a client’s home if needed. i don’t need to though. otherwise, i’ll spend time getting know your pet, befriending them and learning their particularities, so i can care for them as they need.

A typical day
• walks • fetch • light tug of war • belly/back/behind the ear rubs • general company for piece of mind • minor training with POSITIVE reinforcement! • swimming with dog (if it’s a preferred form of exercise) my favorite thing while doing drop ins or overnight stays are the cuddles and then using treats to help teach dogs (and reinforce their training) common commands, such as sit, down, stay, jump, etc. i love walking near the pet’s home, as well as taking them to some of the local preserves (one of my favorites is george les strange preserve) & traditions to walk if the owner feels comfortable. this, of course, isn’t a necessity, and plenty of my regulars prefer me to just let their dogs out the back door. :)

as a dog & ferret momma, i already care for & walk my own furbabies on a daily basis. i pay attention to how they communicate, and i’m always the first one in the household to know if someone needs to potty or if they feel hungry or just want to play or be held. as a professional sitter, i take on clients as they fit into my work (and personal) schedule.
