Hi, I’m Stephanie. I was inspired to become a pet sitter primarily by my own dog, Rocket, who came into my life September 2018. I’ve owned pets pretty much since I was two years old (I’m twenty-four now). For the past seven years I’ve owned eight cats, a dog, and a leopard gecko. I have walking and sitting experience on both Wag and Rover as well as dog grooming at Petsmart. My home is too full right now for dog boarding, but I might be able to in the future when I move into a larger house. I’m a very active pet sitter. My schedule is currently open and available for dog sitting. I work full time at Pet Smart as a dog groomer which only impacts pet sitting occasionally. I will usually black out the days I can’t dog sit on my calendar and try to update it every day. I’m confident we’ll be able to find a pet care schedule that works for you.

I care for your pets by seeing what your normal routine is and how I can fit into that. So for example I offer at least a potty break in the morning, late afternoon, and evening. I can try to squeeze one more in during my lunch time at work if your are close enough and if it’s possible but a lunchtime potty break isn’t always possible for me to provide.

A typical day
We’ll play fetch and tug-of-war, and I’ll make sure to give your pup plenty of scratches and belly rubs if they enjoy that. I do offer treats as long as they are owner-approved. When we go on walks, we’ll probably just explore the neighborhood unless you have specific instructions. I’ll treat your pets like my own by making sure that your dog is fed, well groomed, played, with, walked, and loved. I provide pictures and updates to my human clients to let them know how things are going. I work at PetSmart, but it doesn’t usually impact my pet sitting.

Availability
I’m currently working full time at PetSmart but I am always able to commit to at least two to three visits into a day as well as overnight stay if necessary. I have a small service radius to accommodate sitting into my work schedule.
