Hi! My name is Stephanie and I live in Grandview Heights. I graduated from Ohio State and work full-time in product management in the financial services industry. I have a 4-year old lab mix named Louis and he is the light of my life. I rescued him when he was 6-mo old and I am incredibly particular about who I trust to take care of him. In my free time, I volunteer for and foster dogs for 2 local rescues, and have fostered over 20 dogs over the last 4 years. Through my rescue work, I have gained experience with different breeds, medical needs, and personalities. I am very responsible, detail-oriented, and take pride in my strong communication skills. I am a planner by nature, and value my commitments that I make with you for your pet’s care.

Stephanie was able to help out for a full week with Bodie and I seriously couldn’t be more thankful for her! She worked with me on switching up the schedule now that my puppy is starting to grow out of his puppy potty habits and has literally made everything so easy while also still being flexible with her schedule. I don’t know how she does it but she does and is pretty dang good at it! Thank you so much for making my life 1000x less stressful
Stephanie does an amazing job with my dog, Duke! She takes great care of him and is very communicative. She will give me many updates throughout the day and Duke always looks so happy 😁 She is also very flexible with her schedule which helps out so much!!

I understand the importance of finding someone you can trust to care for your pets. When I walk dogs, I typically prefer to walk with a harness and a standard leash (instead of retractable) to ensure the dog is safe. I have a standard leash that I can bring with me if needed. I am cautious about our surroundings, understanding that some dogs do not like other dogs, kids, bikes, etc. I take extra precautions to make sure that the dogs I walk and care for are always out of harms way.

I don’t have any breed preferences. I’d like to know how they do on leash and meeting new people. I’d also like to know about your dog's personality, dietary restrictions/allergies, routines, etc. as well as how they do around other dogs. I prefer to do a meet and greet with you and your pet prior to my first visit, if at all possible.
A typical day
When I leave, I am extra careful to ensure all doors are locked behind me. I provide detailed updates, including lots of pictures. At my home, we have a fully fenced back yard.

Availability
I currently work from home full time (typically 9-5 Monday through Friday), but I am free early mornings and in the evenings. I am also free on weekends unless my calendar indicates otherwise. I prefer not to walk dogs after dark for safety reasons.
